What WILL Three Wise Girls Say Next?!
Debbie Barth and I, Three Wise Girls, will be on the air again together this Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 2:30 PM EST. Let's have a good ol'-fashioned chatfest.
Do you really care if Jennifer Lopez is dating Bradley Cooper?

Or that Jack Kevorkian's suicide machine--named "Thanatron," BTW--goes up for auction the 28th? Yes, friends, you can buy it and make it your own!

Or that it seems there are more political spouses on the stump trail right now than there are potential candidates for President? Like we wouldn't expect them to love their ticket to super-stardom in the national American political arena? C'mon!
As Joan Rivers says, "Let's TAWK" this Thursday. All of us. Really, there is more than enough room for everyone in cyberspace to talk about ... whatever it is we wanna talk about. Tell us what you think. About anything. We're all ears. And flappin' lips. We'll have a response. Guaranteed.
We're waiting to hear from you. Listener dial-in number is 347-994-3835.

What Will They Say Next?
Reality entertainment is life these days. We can’t go anywhere without some in-the-moment diversion that looks into the real lives of other people. That’s why it’s called reality, isn’t it?
Whether talking football, chemo, or Charlie Sheen, Three Wise Girls tell their version of how it is. It’s their reality. These ladies deliver entertaining and, occasionally, illuminating discourse. Listeners smile, or they scream profanity. Either way, this is reality, and it’s entertaining. It’s Reality Radio.
The Three Wise Girls, Debbie Barth and Linda J. Alexander, are savvy professionals with a wacky edge.
Debbie dreams prophetic dreams. Is drawn to the mystical. A romantic at heart who loves murder mysteries. Has opinions not for the faint of heart. Knows football better than Brett Favre. Remember the movie, Steel Magnolias? Debbie is Sally Field, Lily Tomlin, and Dolly Parton rolled into one.
Linda dreams prophetic dreams. Is drawn to the mystical. A romantic at heart who writes real life mysteries. Has opinions not for the faint of heart. "The Spirit Biographer," she digs up dead people and writes about them. Remember TV’s The Patty Duke Show? Linda is both cousins at the same time.
Three Wise Girls reality radio offers lively discussion on everything from poop to pigeons and all in between … maybe politics?! Never politically-correct and determinedly off-the-cuff and on-the-edge, Debbie and Linda shake up the airwaves with straight talk, craziness, and ALWAYS humor. These ladies want to share life … making you smile, yell, and throw things at your computer screen. What’s life without passion?
Three Wise Girls Reality Radio airs next on Thursday, October 20, 2011, from 2:30 PM – 3 PM EST. Set your alarm to wake up in time to listen and join in: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/profile3.aspx?userurl=threewisegirls. Listener dial-in number: 347-994-3835. If you bravely become part of the conversation, Linda and Debbie promise to plug your business on air. Until then, check out archives of past shows.

BREAKING NEWS ... well, literally, there is SO much breaking news in the last couple of days (major breaking news) that the Three Wise Girls have decided to hold off on airing this particular show. We want to take some time to assess all the news surrounding the recent developments in the killing of bin Laden and the responses of our future candidate choices up for discussion. We'll go live again towards the end of May. So stay tuned! This one is going to be one of those "can't miss" shows!"*******************************************************
In just the last few days, Haley Barbour has backed out of the race--not enough fire in his belly, he said ... nope, we won't go there. And Rand Paul has jumped into the ring. He's registered as a Republican but the Tea Party folks are claiming him as a star. And just today, Donald Trump is "claiming victory" by "forcing" President Obama to release his birth certificate. Who knows what'll happen between now and next week?
Gosh ... the Three Wise Girls have sooo much to talk about!
So ... who do YOU think should run on the Republican presidential ticket for 2012? The Three Wise Girls--Debbie and Linda--have the answer ... and that answer includes The Donald, aka Donald John Trump--maybe as Prez, or maybe as Chief Trash Collector. You'll have to tune into our show on Thursday, April 28, 2011, at 2:30 PM to find out which it is.
We really do want your ideas. This is the United States of America, after all, and we are a democratic society. You, and we, choose who lives in that known-'round-the-world White House! There's a lot of talk as to who's going to make a run for it on the side of the Democrats. Not as much with the Republicans, so let's help 'em along with our thoughts.
Might as well tell us what you think. We're definitely going to tell you what we think. We know as much, at least, as the average Jane Doe on the streets. We read. We pay attention to the news. We do the research. We pay our taxes. We watch Jerry Springer, Oprah, and The Daily Show.
How do you figure it out? Do you select your favorite candidate based on his--or her--positions on the economy, jobs, international relations, global warming ... or how good he--or she--looks on the campaign trail? You can tell us. We promise it'll remain our secret ... just you, us, and a whole lotta listeners hanging on to your every word. No pressure.
Join us for a WILD discussion about presidential politics and all the theoreticals ... and by the way, if that wasn't a word before, it is now. As usual, this is a public service presented to you by your friends, the oh-so-edumacated-on-this-stuff Three Wise Girls.
Call in: 347-994-3835. Or register on the site ... and chat us up in the online chat room, Thursday, 5/5, 2:30 PM. We wanna hear from you!

Spring Is In the Air-Three Wise Girls on Back On the Airwaves!
This Thursday, March 31, 2011 at 3:00 pm EST., Debbie Barth and Linda Alexander will be charting new territory as they change the format of their Three Wise Girls Show. What’s changing? Well, for one ….. the girls are putting the show in “speed mode” and changing from an hour show to a thirty-minute show. Hey … our time is valuable you know! So much to do … and so little time to do it in. Admittedly, for two ladies with so much to talk about, this may be somewhat of a challenge.
So join us for a few surprises and be prepared to talk about just about everything, from how to make new friends and astonish people to something you didn’t know about Liz Taylor and Robert Taylor. We may even talk a bit about the sad and tragic nuclear meltdown recently … no, not in Japan …. In L.A. …. I’m talking Charlie Sheen of course. Everyone else is taking about him, so why shouldn’t we? And what does live video have to do with the Three Wise Girls? Call in and find out.
This show is loosely topic-based this week. (And I do mean loosely) and you are welcomed to call in and join in on the fun. Let us know your opinion about … whatever. After all, we probably value your opinion more than your friends and family does.
So join us … this Thursday, March 31, 2011, 3:00 pm at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/threewisegirls. Call in and really join in on the fun at 1-347-994-3835! We are looking forward to hearing what you have to say. Actually, we are looking forward to what we have to say, we are just being nice.

The Life And The Mysterious Death of Sam Cooke
“It’s been a hard time living, but I’m afraid to die”
The Legendary Sam Cooke died December 11, 1964, but his legacy and his music …. and his very presence … is as much alive today, some 47 years later, as it was so very long ago. Also still very much alive, are the unanswered questions surrounding the untimely and mysterious death of this beloved singer and composer.
Those who were close to Sam, as well as those who grew up with his music, will claim that he was the inventor of soul music, and … that would certainly be hard to dispute. He was one the first black entertainers to found both a record label and a publishing company. He was an outgoing, charming and handsome man with a voice as smooth as spun silk. He grew up in the church, and had already made a name for himself with a gospel group, the Soul Stirrers, before transitioning to soul, blues and pop music. His gospel music is still played to this day. It is hard to hear “You Send Me”, and “For Sentimental Reasons”, without “going to a special moment in time.” It is hard to listen to the hauntingly beautiful “A Change is Gonna Come” and not feel the anguish of the times, but …. at the same time … the conviction in which he sang one of the most powerful songs to come of the civil rights era. He not only sang this song, but he wrote this song, his inspiration coming from his very own experiences, and belief in a “better day” to come.
And, it is hard not question the “official report” given to the public concerning the mysterious fatal shooting of this legendary icon, son, sibling, husband, father, and friend … in December 1964.
Join co-hosts Debbie Barth and Linda Alexander, with special guest Vincent Graves ... Thursday, January 27, 2011 at 2:00 pm EST, as we celebrate his life, and speculate together as to what really happened that cold December night Sam Cooke was fatally shot by Bertha Lee Franklin. You can listen to us live at http://www.blogtalkradio.com/threewisegirls. We welcome you to participate with us in the chat room, or call in at 347-994-3835. We want to hear your insight on Sam Cooke …. favorite songs, or stories … and what you really think happened that night at the Hacienda Hotel. Was justice really served in court, or was a very special dish of conspiracy served up instead. Was Sam set up by an alleged hooker Elisa Boyer and hotel manager Bertha Lee Franklin … or were they recruited by someone or something bigger … that would put a different “spin” on the entire record industry, should the real truth be known.
Unless this case is re-opened, we may never really know the truth. And to be clear, the scenarios discussed on this show concerning that night are mere speculation and hypothesis. But one thing that is very clear is that the investigation was botched the moment that police entered the room and found him on the floor. Reading the “official report” clearly left more questions than answers. And, the two “witnesses” giving testimony were Elisa Boyer … an alleged hooker whose “source of income” was not allowed in testimony and who, in 1979, was found guilty of second degree murder in the shooting death of her boyfriend … and Bertha Lee Franklin ….the shooter.
We welcome you to visit the links and resources we used as the basis for this show, and again, invite you to join us in conversation.
